Description:
The city of Akaa requests bids for the maintenance and upkeep of backup generators for the contract period according to the request for bids. Contract period 24 months 1.4.2026-31.3.2028 + option 12 months. 1.4.2028-31.3.2029. maintenance of back-up power machines, in the locations specified in the procurement documents, as well as three mobile back-up power machines on a trailer platform. The offer includes a maintenance program that defines which maintenance and inspection procedures are performed. Offered the unit price (per machine / year) covers at least the measures according to the maintenance program attached to the request for quotation, trial runs/functional tests and reporting to the device during the contract period. The service provider is responsible for specifying the manufacturer's maintenance program according to the instructions, if necessary. The offered unit price must include the service provider's travel expenses, tools, consumables (oils, filters, etc.) and labor costs. Repairs and additional work are priced on a separately filled out unit price list in accordance with. In the pricing of spare parts that are not part of the maintenance program and required for defect repairs, the supplier's price and spare parts margin of 12% are accepted. The completed unit price list must be attached to the offer.
