Description:
The city of Lohja is asking for your offer for maintenance, service and installation of the street light network in the area of Karjalohja, Sammat, Saukkola and Nummi-Pusula! Illuminated areas are marked on the attached maps! The contract period is 2026-2027 and possible options are 2028 and 2029. The work includes the works according to the appendix. The materials are delivered by the customer. The contractor picks up the materials from the customer's warehouse Levysepantie 10, 08150 Lohja. The dismantled material owned by the customer is also delivered to Levysepantie sorted for storage or as waste. The customer is responsible for waste fees. The contractor must document each within one month after the closing date, either in the electronic system indicated by the customer or on paper maps, and deliver them to the e-mail address indicated by the customer. The functional condition of the lighting must be checked after installation. The work will be done between 1.1.2026 and 31.12.2027. The estimate of the amount for a single year is 1/2 of the total amount. Intermediate goal: Half of each year's work must be done by 30.6. by The duties include a maintenance tour performed 3 times a year! The tour takes place in August-September, November-December and in January-February
