• The community and environmental services of the city of Oulu requests your offer for the maintenance services of the small marinas, boat ramps and roller beaches under the responsibility of the city of Oulu for the years 2026-2027 in accordance with this request for tenders and the attachments. In the attachment the tasks related to the care and maintenance of the objects are described in more detail in the contract and service description. There are a total of 27 objects to be maintained. The requested service procurement is for two years, 2026-2027. The contract can be extended as a subscriber's option with one two-year option (2028-2029). The annual maintenance work for this service purchase is scheduled between May 1 and November 15. Attached to the request for tender is a draft of the service contract, which shows the terms of the contract to be concluded. By submitting a bid, the bidder commits to the contract. The provider cannot present its own contract terms. The offer must be made based on this request for offer letter and the attached request for offer documents.
