- The City of Turku Corporate Administration Procurement Services requests for the City Environment Service package commissioned by offers regarding the maintenance of Maisaari outdoor island, accommodation and cafe and kiosk services for 1.5.2026 (target) -31.10.2026. In the Treaty of Access, there is one (1)The year option period 1/11/2026-31.10.2027 (two summer seasons in total). The right to use is the island's accommodation and restaurant/cafe and kiosk operations. Small -scale events are also allowed on the outdoor island. Space rental and operational income go to the service provider. Tourist seasonis at least from June 1 to August 31. The service provider may, if he or she wishes, extend the tourist season from 1.5. and ending on 15.10. to the nearest weekend. One (1) is selected as the provider of servicesService provider.
