• Tampere ev.lut. The real estate services of the parish association are requesting your offer for washing windows, cleaning cooling equipment, removing dust from above, and basic cleaning and protection of stairs in the summer of 2026 at various locations in the parish association. When washing the windows, any blinds and all surfaces of the windows are cleaned, unless otherwise stated. After washing, make sure to carefully close/lock the windows. If the window cannot be closed, this must be reported to the customer. The method of doing the work is free, but the price of a possible hoist or racks must be included in the given price. The parish association has its own lift, which the selected service provider can use. The lifting height of the lift is approx. 7.5 m and is real working height approx. 9 m depending on the person's height. The lifter has no lateral movement. The use of the lift is agreed separately with the selected service provider. For each object, it is agreed separately when the work can be done. The work is focused on July until August.
