• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the expansion and basic improvement of Malmi elementary school and children's kindergarten. The project will be implemented as a fixed-price overall contract, where the contractor selected for the work will act as the main contractor as intended by the YSE 1998 conditions and legislation as the acting principal implementer. The total area of ​​the Malmi elementary school and daycare complex is approximately 11,993 brm2. The total area of ​​the extension is approximately 9963 brm2, and the area of ​​the courtyard buildings is approximately 117 brm2. Fundamentally improveable The surface area of ​​the building with the sr2 protection mark is approximately 1913 brm2. The contract is described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender. The construction project will also build yard areas, including school and kindergarten yards and yard areas serving maintenance to the extent shown in the plans. The project plan has been approved. The building permit application has been approved by the Environment and Permit Division of the City of Helsinki on February 26, 2026. The building permit is not yet legally binding. The site is located in Helsinki Malmin (Ylä-Malmi) in the district at Kirkonkyläntie 17, 00700 Helsinki. According to the estimate at the moment, the goal is to sign the contract in May 2026. The target start date for the construction work is June 2026.
