The building has seven apartments, a garage and storage facilities, technical facilities and laundry facilities located in the basement. The total area of ​​the building is 427 m2. The carport, which is an option in the request for quotation, is built in the 1980s and 1990s. The building is founded on the rock on concrete foundation walls. In the basement area, the inner surface of the foundation wall has bitumen coating and shell masonry.
