Description:
The object of procurement is the Central Ostrobothnia welfare area Soite mammography screening examinations for the organization of mammography-based breast cancer screening in accordance with the Government Decree (339/2011) for the municipalities of Kokkola, Kaustinen, Halsua, Perho, Vetel, Kannus, Lestijarvi and Toholammi. The service is procured for residents of the Soite area for certain age groups, following the guidelines of THL and the Finnish Cancer Registry. The screening applies to the age groups who are on duty according to the screening program. The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas1. Mammography screening examinations, clinical mammography examinations and clinical breast ultrasound examinations in the Kokkola area Clinical examinations include mammography, breast ultrasound and, if necessary, biopsies according to the doctor's assessment of need. Residents of Lestijokilaakso and Perhonjokilaakso municipalities come to Kokkola for clinical mammography and for ultrasound examinations.2. Mammography screening examinations in the Kannus - Tunkkari area Examinations are carried out in Kannus for residents of the Lestijokilaakso municipalities and at Tunkkar for residents of Perhonjokilaakso municipalities. Possible verification studies can be carried out in addition to the screening location alternatively also in Kokkola. The bidder can submit a bid in one or both sub-areas. The Subscriber does not undertake to acquire any service from the Supplier minimum amount.
