Description:
Lapland's ELY Center and its ESR+-funded Strategic growth in change project are requesting bids for the implementation of management and personnel skills development clinics in Lapland companies. The tender is carried out under the law on public procurement and in accordance with right-of-use agreements (1397/2016) using an open procedure and the provisions regarding national procedures apply to the procurement. The goal of the service is to implement new clinic units that will strengthen Lapland's SMEs skills of management and personnel, so that they can more effectively respond to changes in the operating environment and future challenges. One clinic complex consists of joint coaching/training and company-specific sparring. Procurement is shared into three (3) different areas, which are:- Area 1: Sales and marketing with modern tools- Area 2: a. Business procurement expertise + b. Business contract expertise (two separate clinics) - Area 3: Management and working community development The procurement unit selects one implementer for each sub-area. Section 2 contains two (2) clinics, so it should be provided for both sections (a and b). The service provider can offer for all three areas (1-3) or only for example, to one sub-area. The same implementer can be selected for several sub-areas. The content of the procured service and the target groups are presented in more detail in the service description in appendix 1 of the request for tenders.
