• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the sanitation work of the exterior areas of properties located in the center of Helsinki and in Kumpula. Maintenance work includes mechanical and manual winter and summer outdoor work. The works to be competed for are divided into 3 areas: Keskustakampus A, Keskustakampus B and Kumpula. A separate agreement is made for each area. If the provider is selected as a service provider for several parts, the parts can be combined in the same procurement contract. The sanitation work of the outdoor areas covers the size of the properties regarding the plot area and the street area of ​​the cleaning work belonging to the property owner, to the extent that it is defined as the obligation of the plot owner in the Maintenance and Sanitation Act.
