- The object of the procurement is the management of the co-investment fund defined in the project description (Appendix 1). The crowdfunding fund makes investments together with investor groups formed by business angels in Finnish seed-stage companies. The goal of the mutual fund's investment activities is to increaseae and diversify the supply of venture capital and its sources for Finnish seed-stage companies.
The service provider acts as the management company of the co-investment fund. The management company is responsible for e.g. about the mutual investment fund's investment activities, administration, reporting and communication.
Business FInland Venture Capital Oy is an investor in the co-investment fund and invests approximately 30 million in the co-investment fund. EUR.
