Description:
The city of Orimattila is tendering for the maintenance work of the ground opposite places for the years 2026 2027. The acquisition includes the possibility of a one-year option (+1) for the year 2028. The option year corresponds to the content of the actual contract. The subscriber decides on the use of the option year. Offer prices are fixed on 31 December 2027 until. For the possible option year 2028, the price will be checked according to the total cost index of the construction industry, 2020 = 100. The 2028 (MAKU) index will be compared with the January index of 2026. The use of the option year will be announced by the end of June 2027. This is a framework agreement for which one operator. Procurement is done based on the order of priority (lowest price / service). Maintenance of ground reception locations includes machine work with a wheel loader (reception of soil and snow loads, winter and summer maintenance of the area) as well as accounting work and customer service Reception and handling of soil and snow loads, relocation, construction of the bench according to existing plans. In winter, plowing and sanding must be done mechanically. Sandblasting takes place with the customer's material. In the summer, maintenance is mostly gravel and road maintenance. For Henna's ground reception location, load accounting is kept, of which notification to the subscriber. The mScales weighing service is in use at the Salola and Mayramaki ground reception locations.
