• Tampere ev.lut. parish association's real estate services requests your offer for the management of the outdoor areas of Tampere parish association's properties in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. The request for offer lists the items that are currently included within the scope of the service. The quantities of serviced items may change during the contract period. Contract period 1 May 2026-30 April 2028. The contract can be extended with one two-year option for the period May 1, 2028-April 30, 2030. The summer season is from 1 May to 31 October. and the winter season from 1 November to 30 April. If necessary, summer or winter work is done outside this period, depending on weather conditions. Spring renovation: Spring renovation includes raking or alternatively brushing lawn areas. Patching weak and worn spots by breaking the surface of the lawn with a knife rake or in difficult cases by milling and sowing areas with grass seed again. Summer time care: Summer time care includes lawn mowing and trimming. Lawns should be cut so often that they do not cutting waste needs to be raked and transported away, however, at least once a week. If there is a need for raking, the contractor must do it immediately after mowing and transport the waste away. The lawn should be maintained in such a way that it is preserved vibrant despite heavy consumption. Autumn renovation: Autumn renovation includes collecting leaves and trash and raking or brushing the areas often enough until the snow falls. The contractor takes care of the waste...
