Description:
The contract is a unit price total contract (KU).
Unit price maintenance service contract for the road, loading and loading area of the raw wood loading area in Oulainen about the management of turning areas for the period 2026-2028.
For winter care is included snow and slush removal, snow removal, anti-slippery control, snow removal, removal of trees left in the loading area and thawing of frozen drums.
Summer care includes leveling gravel surfaces, dusting gravel surfaces, adding crushed stone, patching paved roads and areas, ditches cleaning, care and maintenance of rainwater systems and drums, removal of trees left in the loading area, removal of the Park and removal of material left in the loading area and belonging to the landfill.
Some of the tasks will be carried out separately upon agreement, as described in more detail in the request for tender.
