- Road care contract is a target -priced service agreement that emphasizes cooperation between the contractor and the contractor during the contract. In the road care contract, the contractor includes management tasks, the procurement of nursing and contract nursing. The contract covers the winter of the roadsand in accordance with summer care contract documents. The agreement includes a total of about 1,060 kilometers of roads in the Mantsala contract area.250 km, about 10 km of IC winter care class, about 280 km of gravel roads and about 80 km of walking and cycling routes. The contract is a demanding job.
