- In the project, the infrastructure of the Kurkilahti area of Mantyharju is developed and built in such a way that different modes of transport - such as road, rail and water transport - connect smoothly, safety improves and sustainable movement becomes even better. Piers and a boat launching place for boaters and kayakers will also be built in the area, as well as charging points for electric boats and electric cars and electric bicycles. The developer is Jarvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy and the client is the municipality of Mantyharju. The construction contract includes all works according to the tender documents. OPTION: As an alternative to moving the current pier, the bidder is asked to present as an option a new pier according to the plan instead of the current pier to be moved. In this option, the bidder is requested that is, to present an alternative cost so that the current pier is not moved, but a new pier according to the plans is purchased here. The option must take into account the purchase and installation of a new pier and reduce the moving costs and installation price of the current pier. If the Subscriber ends up instead of transferring to choose a new pier, then the existing pier to be moved will remain the property of the Customer and its current location.
