The City of Kemi is asking for bids for mapping and developing the cycling route in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The aim of the project is to assemble existing cycling routes into a cohesive route in Kemi and Keminmaa, develop them for tourism and support locals Tourism companies' service offering. Tourism. The result is a uniform cycling route, route descriptions and map material that can be utilized in tourism marketing and services.
