• Description:
• Jyväskylä city's economic services (Client) implements the measures of the innovation activity ecosystem agreement concluded between the city of Jyväskylä and the state. The ecosystem development work of bio and fiber technology will be emphasized in measures in 2025-2027 (possibly even longer). Due to the emphasis, the city of Jyväskylä has started the World Tree project, with which the work is resourced and implemented. The background of the work is explained in more detail in the additional information and appendices. The project starts the bio and fiber economy the construction of a shared, semi-productive R&D platform (Maailmanpuu platform). The City of Jyväskylä's energy services is requesting offers for work package 1 of the Maailmanpuu project (heading "renewable business"), which maps the relevant organizations, business operators, growth companies and financial operators who are interested in working as part of the World Tree platform. As part of the work, commitment work is also carried out and the interests of the organizations and those derived from them are clarified Priority areas to be prioritized for the World Tree platform. Formulating the joint content agenda and platform vision is therefore part of the work to be carried out. The preliminary implementation schedule for the work is March-June 2026. However, the implementation schedule can also be longer because provided that the survey work produces the necessary inputs and information for the other work packages of the project in such a way that their implementation is not delayed or otherwise disturbed.
