Description:
The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom is currently considering tendering for permanently installed radio beacons (2-3 pcs) and, as an option, control software. In connection with this, we are conducting a survey of the operators on the market offering the devices in question. We ask that you kindly sendn information about what kind of devices you currently offer or may be able to offer to your business customers in the near future. The material collected through this request for information will be used as an aid in the preparation of a possible request for tender.mapping of the market supply of the software (TRAFICOM/94893/02.03.01/2024)
The planned procurement is described in the section "Description (BT-24-Procedure)". For your company, we would like to request more information about the following:
- What operational reliability and warranty/maintenance model can you guarantee for your devices? Trafficdue to the nature of min's operation, we require reliable operation of the system. How fast can you guarantee troubleshooting? Can you guarantee a one-stop shop principle for all transactions, regardless of possible subcontractors?
- Is there any experience with the product in production use? We ask for referencesof systems tested as field-fit and functional in supply use. We require a ready-made product on a turnkey basis and we do not start product development.
Do you have experience in similar government projects?
Are you able to deliver the equipment (and, as an option, the software) in 2024...
