Description: The framework agreement covers fuels for use by seagoing vessels and their bunkering in icebreakers and multipurpose vessels in designated ports.
The products to be procured are heavy and light fuel oils for marine use.
If the customer and the supplier agree together, the framework agreement may also supply or supply other products that are essentially related to the procurement of fuel to a small extent, such as separate additives added to the fuel, which e.g. enhance the combustion process, reduce emissions and prevent freezing or pollution.
Deliveries of fuels other than to ports and ships are not covered by the procurement. A more detailed description of the subject of the procurement is provided in the tender documents.
