Description:
In the next few years, Heka will be renewing its information systems extensively. The most important goals for all system development are improving the customer experience, electrifying operating methods and improving the quality of information that supports decision-making. This one the object of procurement is accounting and internal accounting and purchase ledger solutions, the associated implementation project and continuous maintenance service. In addition, the purchase can be added later on the basis of a framework agreement budgeting system. The solution package will be implemented at Heka and Heka's daughter Kiinteistö Oy at Laivalahdentor. The goal is a so-called ready-made software solution that covers Heka's needs. The primary goal is to acquire a cloud-based solution As a Saas service. The solution must enable flexible integrations with systems outside the acquired solution. The systems already in use and the new solutions must work side by side as a whole, relying on the existing one if necessary to the technical environment. It must be possible to transfer the information needed in the solution from and to the source systems via the data warehouse. Some of the data may be transferred directly between the source system and the acquired solution. To be acquired the solution must enable the transfer of basic data with the external master data system in both directions.
