Description:
The goal of the Päijät-Häme welfare area is to acquire the implementation organization (design-build) of Nastola's sotepe center. The site produces social care, health and medical care and rehabilitation and rescue services in Päijät-Häme for the residents of the welfare area. The premises that are the object of the acquisition will be implemented in the Päijät-Häme welfare area's own balance sheet, where the welfare area acts as the Customer. More precisely, the content of the project and procurement is described in Appendix 1 (Nastola sotepe center market dialogue_presentation material). The aim of the market survey is to survey the suppliers interested in the tender, to present the target of the procurement and to hear the suppliers' views regarding the procurement package being prepared. At the event we hope to have a discussion with the suppliers about the procurement procedure, the implementation form of the project, the schedule and possible risks.
