The Social Insurance Institution (Kela) invites tenderers to call market dialogue regarding the tendering of the products selected for the maternity pack and the development of the contents of the packaging. It is therefore an invitation to market dialogue (not prior notice, contract notice or invitation to tender).
The purpose of market dialogueIt is to identify the suppliers on the market and to hear the views of potential providers on the requirements of the products and the draft tendency documents. Participation in market dialogue does not bind any parties. Participation in market dialogue is not a prerequisite for laterto participate in a possible tender. Participation has no effect on the position of the tenderer in a possible tender.
