Kela is applying for an Adobe dealer who will be a Kela partner in creating a cost-effective Adobe License Purchase Program, and supporting the implementation of the purchasing program measures during its validity. Questions relating to the request for information will be submitted to the market players who have enrolled in writing as the preparation of the procurement. The purpose of this request is to get supplier answers to questions and comments in the draft tenders in the draft phase, In order for any future tender to be made in an appropriate manner.
