The city of Mikkeli is looking for an entrepreneur for the premises, who produces lunch catering services on weekdays and the order catering services needed in the block of the city's office building. It is possible for the entrepreneur to develop activities, e.g. with cafeteria services and/or expand operations to evenings and weekends. The whole also includes the Pikkutori in the middle of the office building, the city hall and the main library, which enables service and event production in the area.
