This announcement is a market dialogue and this announcement does not request bids.
There are also day care centers in connection with residential properties And business premises. In Heka's properties, indoor air surveys and sampling are performed if necessary. The need for service is year -round and cooperation is done with different parties.
The estimated amount of the acquisition is € 10,000,000 per two -year contract period and 1+1 year for possible options.
Acquisition TARGET
Heka obtains both expert work and research on the same agreement and from the same supplier. The agreement will use the JYSE2025 conditions and a separate agreement is drawn up for the sketching version.
From the supplier, Heka has planned to require the following named Experts:
Certified Building Health Specialist RTA
Certified indoor air expert (Sisa)
Moisture Damage Fitness Researcher (KVKT)
Asbestos and harmful material expert (AHA)
Of aptitude requirements
Heka is aiming for a contract partner where we can order all of the above qualifications persons to complete the service.
