• ATTENTION! This is not a call for tenders, procurement notice or advance notice, but rather a notice to initiate a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. preparation for the procurement of foundations' auditing services and sustainability reporting verification service and invites suppliers to participate in the market dialogue. The target of the acquisition is the city of Espoo and the subsidiaries and foundations belonging to the city group audit services and sustainability reporting verification services starting from the fiscal year 2027 and including a separately defined fixed contract period and possible option years. There will be a statutory audit of the city of Espoo's administration and finances perform as required by the municipal law and the city's administrative rules, so that the audit follows the Good Auditing Practices recommendations of the Public Administration issued by the Association of Finnish Auditors. The selected Supplier must be in § 122 of the Municipal Act intended audit firm. The city of Espoo has control over the subsidiaries, with the exception of the associations included in the acquisition. The audit service to be procured also includes the administration and finances of subsidiaries and foundations statutory audit.
