- YOU CAN STILL HAVE AN INFLUENCE DURING THE MARKET SURVEYING PHASE! This is an invitation to a market dialogue regarding the procurement of cleaning services planned by the city of Turku. With the market dialogue, the procurement unit surveys the market situation and wants to hear from the companies views. The procurement services of the city of Turku tender cleaning services for the City of Turku's Tilapalvelui and two city companies, the contract period of which starts on January 1, 2027 (target). The city of Turku, Länsirannikon Työterveys Oy and Turku Taiteen talo Oy. The procurement unit does not undertake to carry out the purchase based on a market survey, and the presented descriptions / specifications are not binding on the customer. The city of Turku procures cleaning services from various service entities and the city's group companies for the use of. The estimated date of the competition is spring/summer 2026. Cleaning services include basic cleaning, maintenance cleaning and window washing. The targets are large school and kindergarten properties, sports facilities/places, office premises, general city spaces, as well as various other public spaces. Participating in the competition requires the suppliers to familiarize themselves with the sites.
