Description:
The City of Parkano (= Customer) plans to start purchasing a kindergarten as a contract or a rental solution. The alternatives are to implement the building as an investment in your balance sheet or with different rental/leasing solutions. Market dialogue collects information about those on the market for exchange solutions. The purpose of the subscriber is to replace the currently used so -called. Lystinmaki unit with a new building. The Lystinmaki building is technically at the end of its service life and the premises are experienced. The preliminary objective is the facilities for six kindergarten and preschool groups, The kitchen, dining area, social and maintenance facilities and other necessary facilities. The size of the building would be about 1000-1400m2.
