This is not a request for tender or a procurement announcement, but an announcement to initiate a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. Advance notification is only used to organize market dialogue and is not an advance notification of procurement that shortens deadlines. VTK Kiinteistoet Oy has launchedt Prepares the procurement of a security expert for the Tikkurila competence campus in Vantaa and invites service providers to a market dialogue.
