• HANKINNAN KUVAUSEDUSKUNTA's chancellery is aiming for a MAM (Media Asset Management) system for the management of audio-visual materials or something similar, which ensures the preservation, integrity and usability of video, audio and image materials, processing, sharing and transfer of material to an external long-term archive. The object of the procurement is a complete SaaS system, its construction and implementation project for the parliament, as well as a set of continuous services (maintenance, support, error management). The system has been implemented In a data center located in the EU/EEA area or in a cloud service. The acquired system will be a daily work tool for the communication of the parliament and for those managing the digital archive. The system does not include a public service or other view to internal or external stakeholders. Publishing materials to services where they can be used by external users is possible through interfaces. PROCUREMENT ANTICIPATED PRICE FORK The anticipated value of the procurement for the 48-month contract period is €150,000 - €200,000.
