BACKGROUND AND GOALS The corresponding framework agreement in use in 2022-2026 will be renewed. The goal is to get feedback on the planned procurement requirements and units to be priced PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE The client's target schedule for market dialogue and procurement for implementation is: - market dialogue on April 28, 2026 at 2 p.m - publication of the call for tenders on 4 May 2026 - submission of bids 6/2026 - procurement decision 7/2026 - acquisition for use 7-8/2026 ----- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE NOTICE This notice is advance notice. Bridge the announcement does not solicit offers. The advance announcement is accompanied by an invitation to a market dialogue, in which case all suppliers interested in procurement have the opportunity to hold a technical dialogue regarding the procurement with the Norwegian Railways Agency. Technical dialogue the purpose is to have a dialogue on a general level about the object of the acquisition and its determination. The technical dialogue does not bind the Norwegian Railways Agency to carry out the procurement. The technical dialogue also does not bind the supplier to a possible tender participation. The technical dialogue is organized through commenting on the draft versions of the tender documents and answering the customer's questions related to the object of the procurement.
