- MARKET DIALOGUE
The subject of the market dialogue is the procurement of a framework contract that is being prepared, which enables the Finnish Railways Agency to carry out multi-beam measurements using the framework contract procedure.
DESCRIPTION OF THE CURRENT SITUATION AND BACKGROUND
The Finnish Railways Agency commissions multi-beam measurements for the needs of waterway maintenance. Mondepth information is collected mainly from the area of waterways and their immediate surroundings with ikeilaw measurements. Multibeam measurement is also used to examine the state of built and other special objects. Multibeam measurements can also be combined with laser scanning of parts above water.
GOAL
MonThe aim of the ikeilain measurements is the so-called maintenance of fairway space and, for its part, ensuring safe shipping. The regular implementation of multi-beam measurements serves the planning of waterway maintenance, the monitoring of objects and the timely allocation of necessary measures.
The aim is also to make wider use of the information produced by multi-beam measurements in the management of waterways and the implementation of related measures.
The customer's aim is to arrange a framework agreement for the implementation of multi-beam measurements.
