Description:
This advance notification is an invitation to one-on-one market dialogues between the Customer and the construction contractor. A more detailed description of the implementation of market dialogues and registration is presented in the section "Additional information"
Turu City Council has approved on 24.10.2022 the City Hall's partial peruskorjaus project plan, which is based on the needs assessment approved by Turku City Council § 365 on September 16, 2019. The building site is located in the core of Turku in the 1st block of the 7th district, which is also known as the Fortuna block after the 19th century pattern. The area is bordered on the northwestern edge by Linnankatu, Aurakatu in the northeast and Laentinen Rantakatu and Aurajoki in the southeast. The other plots of the block are located on the southwest side of the area, where all mainly old commercial and residential buildings with courtyard buildings are located. The scope of the project includes the following objects:
- City Hall (building ID1032958849) and the wing building closest to it (103295885A) are located on plot 1, address Aurakatu 2
- the northernmost wing building (103295886B) on plot 2, address Aurakatu 4,
- Konsulintalo (103295891H) on plot 4 Linnankatu 14 and its courtyard building (103295892J),- Kaempen house,
- Addressyard building located in front of Laentinen rantakatu 13 A (103295889E)
