• The procurement unit invites operators in the cleaning service industry to participate in the market dialogue regarding the national cleaning service procurement that is being prepared. The market dialogue is carried out as a market survey in accordance with § 65 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) to support the preparation. The procurement is to be carried out as an open procedure, and the procurement unit's goal is to publish a procurement notice in May 2026. The purpose of the event is to map the market's supply, service models and other aspects of the future procurement points to be considered in planning. The procurement unit hopes to get views from the participants in the market dialogue on the points that are important to consider in procurement planning for a successful tender and a functioning contract Event Time: 9 April 2026 at 13-14 Implementation: Microsoft Teams connection The event is open to all interested companies offering cleaning services and other operators in the field. Participation in the market dialogue is not a prerequisite to participate in the tender and it does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the procurement in the manner presented. Description of the procurement The object of the procurement is the cleaning services of the Kymenlaakson Jäte group and the contract can be used by all companies in the group: Kymenlaakson Jäte Oy, Ekokaari Oy and Keltakankaan Lämpö Oy. The procurement includes the cleaning of the buildings located in the area of ​​Kouvola's Keltakankaan waste center.
