• INVITATION TO MARKET DIALOGUE / INFORMATION REQUEST Monitoring of environmental health care involves taking samples in accordance with the Food Act, the Health Protection Act and examining samples under both normal conditions and disturbed situations. The environmental action makes the purchase in order to laboratory services are available in all of the above situations. The procurement includes the laboratory services required for environmental healthcare in the Oulu region's environmental action area (Hailuoto, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu and Tyrnävä). Bridge the purpose of the market dialogue is to clarify questions and price estimates related to the organization of laboratory services. The goal of the market dialogue is to obtain comprehensive information about the organization of laboratory services, so that possible the tender can be carried out in the most expedient manner possible. This document is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a detailed market survey in accordance with Section 65 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016), i.e. a request for information as part of the procurement preparation. The procurement unit does not undertake to carry out the procurement of the organization of temporary care for stray pets. The decision to initiate a possible acquisition process will be made after market dialogues.
