This is an invitation to market dialogue, not a procurement announcement. The city of Oulu invites service providers to a market dialogue regarding the preparation of procurements. The subject of the market dialogue is service procurement for the maintenance of streets and green areas in the area of the city of Oulu's site plan (previously known as regional contracts). The site plan area is currently divided into nine areas, where the contract period is usually four years + a one-year option. Each year, 1-3 areas are contested.
