• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the rental, repair and laundry service of work clothes needed by Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy (hereinafter the customer) in its catering and cleaning services, as well as the rental and laundry service of replacement carpets and cleaning textiles and all transportation of products to the offices specified by the customer. The total number of personnel is approximately 160 employees and a variable number of substitutes. Some of the personnel do combined work and thus need work clothes for both kitchen and cleaning work. During the contract period, there may be changes in the number of work sites and personnel. The requirements for the services are described later in the draft request for tender and its appendices based on the market dialogue. The contract period is a total of three years and the customer's one option year, after which the contract continues indefinitely with a notice period of 12 months. The intended start date of the contract is November-December 2026 or 1 January 2027 at the latest for work clothes. For cleaning textiles and replacement carpets the intended start date of the agreement is 1 October 2026. However, the start dates of the contract can be negotiated with the selected bidder. The contract period is counted from the first delivery.
