The National Pension Institute (Kela) is launching a tender for the delivery of the Kela card and the European health care card (EHIC card) in the spring of 2024.
This is an invitation to a market dialogue on issues related to the delivery of the Kela and EHIC cards.
This announcement does not solicit bids.
Markthe purpose of the market dialogue is to survey the suppliers on the market, to hear the views of potential bidders on the requirements set for the procurement, draft procurement documents, and to look for the best solution from an overall economic perspective.
The market dialogue is carried out as a written procedure,where those who have registered will be sent an answer link by email to questions related to procurement preparation and/or procurement document drafts.
The market dialogue will be conducted in Finnish.
Parties interested in procurement are asked to register for the market dialogue via the attached linkno later than 01.03.2024.
