- This notification is not a request for tenders but a notification of launching a market dialogue.Lihja City prepares a tender for special protection glasses (display terminals) and power glasses for staff. Special protection glasses are based on EU Directive 90/270/Etu and a decision of the Government on VNP 1405/1993 on evidence terminal work and Government Decree 427/2021 on the selection and use of personal protected people. The employer is required to take care of workers' safety and health at work. According to the Occupational Safety and Health Act The employer is responsible for occupational safety and the cost of the acquisition of personal protection. The employer must ensure the acquisition of personal protective agencies and their workouts. Specialized work glasses are specific to the Government Decision 1405/1993, specified for evidence -terminal work eyeglasses. The employee is entitled to special work glasses if the eyeglasses in general use and the improvements in the workstation of the workstation do not solve work problems. Special work glasses are eyeglasses that the employer acquires for an employee who works on a screening terminal when the criteria required by law are filled. Special work glasses differ from general glass glasses in terms of lens type, intensity or lens installation height.
