This announcement is an invitation to market dialogue. This notice is not a preliminary notice, a procurement notice, a request for tenders, and the publication of the notice does not start a tender. The city of Helsinki's urban environment department is preparing the procurement Suomenlinna stone work 2026. The contract will be executed in French as a contractor. The project will renew the field pavement in three locations, i.e. the main track in front of the playground, the square in front of the store and both ends of the Susisaari bridge. The goals of this market dialogue:- Presentation of the project- Ensure the company's references and expertise- Comments on the prepared job description- Discussion about the price of the contract and the quality points MARKET DIALOGUE The market dialogue events are organized as one-on-one technical dialogues in January in the Teams communication application or on site at the Urban Environment Building (Tyoepajankatu 8, 00580 Helsinki). Market dialogues will be held from 7 to 30 January 2026. Appointments will be arranged by e-mail when registering. You must register for the event by 16:00 on 9 January 2026 by e-mail to the addresses: jussi.makinen2@hel.fi & elina.laitinen@hel.fi. The e-mail should be titled as follows: "Market dialogue invitation Suomenlinna stone works". When registering, the contact information (email address) of the participant/participants must be given for sharing the Teams link. The language used at the events is Finnish.
