This notice is a request for information related to market survey. This is not a invitation to tender or a contract notice.
Kela is preparing for procurement seeking service provider or service providers to perform taxi trips replaced by Kela throughout the country, except for the Aland Islands. Procurement is implemented by tendering areas as access agreements. This is an overall service that covers ordering, combining, transmission, organization and control, payment traffic and reporting of transport services itself, and reporting. Payment transactions to be implemented by Kela's electronic using a direct compensation procedure.
The purpose of this request is to identify the views of potential service providers regarding the subject of acquisition to be organized by the service and the implementation of tendering. An essential part of the acquisition is security and data protection issues. Kelan In service procurement, these are based on Kela's security agreement. As part of the future acquisition, Kela also prepares the possibility of ordering an electronic taxi trip in addition to telephone order.
