The goal isMapping the market and implementation opportunities for the acquisition and receive feedback on the preliminary plans for the procurement. Future service can be implemented by either one service provider or a group of actors, so the market dialogue also offers the opportunity to network with otherswith those interested in procurement. This is a market dialogue invitation and a request for consultation with a tendering for Vimma Night Cafe, designed by the City of Turku, which will begin on 1.1.2026. (target). The procurement agreement will be signed as planned for 1.1.2026- 31.12.2028 + Option for 2 years.
