Description:
This is a market survey of procurement, which focuses on a framework arrangement of multilingual social orientation in the employment areas of Central Uusimaa and South Hame for the contract period 2025-2027. The procurement is described in more detail in the service description (Appendix 3). The service to be purchased is the CPV code 80400000-8(Adult Education Services and Other Education Services) The service provides for Article 107 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) (provisions applicable to procurement of social and health services and other special services). Overall VAT -Excluded VAT is EUR 1,200,000In the area 1 and 500,000 euros in the area 2. Pre -notice is not a invitation to tender, but the materials have been made for pre -introductory and comment. The actual invitation to tender will be published in April or by May at the latestin the beginning. The areas are compared as separate sections. The tendering is based on a framework arrangement and one (1) service provider will be selected for both areas.The subscriber does not commit to obtaining a certain amount during the contract period but acquires them as needed.
