Description:
Social transfers carried out in the entire area of logistics (four well-being areas: Central Ostrobothnia, Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland). The tendering will be arranged with dynamic period for approximately 5 to 7 years of contractwith a procurement system (DPS). This is a dynamic procurement system for service purchases exceeding the EU threshold. The request for participation will have a suitability for companies in the field 30days to make an application for participation. Parts of the acquisition of DPS will be determined, for example. Tervia on regional logistics and other functional, technical and economic grounds. The company must apply for an application for a part of the DPS acquisition in order to be acceptedDuring the DPS: DPS production phase, the contracting entity will, at least regionally (well-being, cooperation area), will arrange internal tendering, including: from the following social transportation: VPL transportation, SHL transportation and unhurried transfer transportation (taxis, taxis, ambulances).The contracting entity may also determine the unchanged reserves as parts of the acquisition, which may be internally tendered at some point for the validity of the DPS.
