This invitation to respond in writing to the market survey is to determine the issues and costs of street and green maintenance management software. Opportunities interested in acquisition are requested for comments to the software to be purchasedin order to make the tendering process as appropriate as possible. This document is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a specific market survey in accordance with Article 65 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016), ie an invitation to market dialogue as part of the procurement preparation.Market mapping does not request or provide bids, but will inform the market about future tendering. The contracting entity does not commit to implementing the maintenance management software acquisition.
