The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom requests answers/comments from potential suppliers for procurement planning. The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom's goal is to develop transformable and scalable generative artificial intelligence solutions for public administration in 2025 2027 to high-volume operations of organizations1. Customer service: voice chatbot and text chatbot2. Audits, inspections, compliance assessment (extensive documents)3. Permits and monitoring services (large volumes) Technical projects are implemented in cooperation with other public administration organizations and with companies. Targeted, modularly built generative artificial intelligence solutions must, by changing interfaces and data, be agile and expandable to other application areas as well. At the same time, processes, operating models and decision-making are developed and obtained data as a basis for analysis for development work. We are currently mapping the functionalities and providers of artificial intelligence solutions.
