• This announcement is a preliminary announcement (market survey). This announcement does not ask for offers or participation applications, but Luonnonvarakeskus (Luke) surveys the market and potential suppliers for the purchase of a background investigation service, so that a possible the tender can be carried out in an appropriate manner. The background investigation service includes sanctions and PEP checks of project personnel, background checks of foreign project personnel and target organizations, such as basic and historical data, business connections, criminal and litigation matters, verification of the financial situation, media findings, reputational risks and other harmful findings related to, for example, bribery, corruption, tax evasion and organized crime. Market mapping involves an invitation to a market dialogue, where the procurement unit can have a discussion with the companies that have expressed their interest. Luke will later open a tender to acquire a background investigation service. Companies interested in acquisition are asked to provide their contact information (person's name and e-mail address) by e-mail to the following address: sukurituki@luke.fi and a copy to the address kirjaamo@luke.fi and write in the title field: "Market mapping background investigation service acquisition LUKE/1331/02.10.01.00.05/2026".
