- This is a market survey and an invitation to suppliers to participate in commenting on the preliminary RFP material. This is neither a procurement announcement nor a request for quotation. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is preparing a tender called for its own use "Purchasing a staffing service". PRELIMINARY DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT The object of the acquisition is a personnel rental service for the use of Tuomi Logistiikka Oy. Temporary employees are currently used in Tuomi's warehouse, transport and shelving services. Hired labor is mainly used by the sudden and for compensating for unpredictable absences, scheduling vacations, and smoothing out peak traffic and seasonal fluctuations. Employment relationships are temporary and of varying duration. Warehouses Tuomi Logistiika currently has one and warehouse services the tasks are located in Tampere at the Lahdesjärvi office. Most of the staff of the Kätsy shelving service and internal transport work in Tampere in the TAYS central hospital area and in Hämeenlinna in the Assi hospital area, but there are also available in other areas of Pirkanmaa and Kanta-Häme.
