The Central Uusimaa welfare area (Keusote) is planning tenders for rental properties to be built regarding housing services for the elderly in Nurmijarvi and Hyvinkaa.
Bridge the project plan phase is currently underway and the project plans are being processed by the central Uusimaa welfare area's corporate division on 26 November 2025. Both units will have 60 customer places, including 24-hour serviced housing and community housing, taking into account the flexibility of the premises - emphasis especially in community housing.
The current market mapping focuses especially on contract material, tendering and the planned spatial program.
Attached are the preliminary contracts and the spatial plan for the Nurmijarvi site.
Form of implementation
The procurement is subject to the Procurement Act (1397/2016) long-term rental of a building, where the premises to be rented are implemented in accordance with the definitions and requirements of the purchasing entity.
